1. Use of Service

GeminiTTS allows you to generate speech from text using AI technology. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the text you input. For the audio generated, you are granted a license to use it according to your subscription plan (Personal usage for Free plan, Commercial usage for Pro plan).

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use the service to generate hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or any illegal material.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
